Fallon Kilbane McNally has all the qualities Democrats are looking for in a judicial candidate. Fallon has experience, integrity, and compassion. The same experience, integrity, and compassion that characterized the late Judge Michael Russo whose position she seeks to fill. And there is no better person than Fallon Kilbane McNally to honor the memory of the late Judge Michael Russo.
She is a lifelong Democrat. She began her career as a Registered Nurse at the Cleveland Clinic after graduating from Georgetown University with her B.S.N. Fallon worked in the Neurology Department at the Cleveland Clinic often dealing with patients with mental health issues. After doing jury duty, she realized that she wanted to become a lawyer. She worked nights and weekend shifts at the Cleveland Clinic to pay her way through law school at Case Western Reserve University.
Fallon’s first job out of law school was working for Judge Brian J. Corrigan as his Judicial Staff Attorney. She handled over a thousand civil litigation cases as a staff attorney in Common Pleas Court. After this, she sought to broaden her experience and switched to criminal law. She has handled criminal cases in both juvenile court and Common Pleas Court. She has also argued appeals before the Eighth District Court of Appeals. Most recently, Fallon was one of two attorneys who prosecuted a multi-victim sexual assault jury trial that happened at the Cleveland School of the Arts. Fallon remained passionate about her nursing career and continued to pick up shifts at the Cleveland Clinic when the hospital was short-staffed. She was part of the Covid Float Pool at the Cleveland Clinic which sent workers to areas within the hospital with the greatest need.
Fallon is experienced with the Court’s mental health dockets. She currently practices before two mental health Judges daily. She understands that the Mental Health dockets protects the community as a whole by decreasing the rates of recidivism within Cuyahoga County by linking Defendants with mental health resources and medication.
Fallon is the most experienced and well-versed candidate in this race with both civil and criminal experience within the Justice Center. She has first and second-chair jury trial experience on high-level felony cases including Attempted Murder, Homicide, Felonious Assault, Sexual Assault, Aggravated Robbery, and more. Her career has been dedicated to handling cases within the Court in which she seeks office.
She brings experience, integrity, and compassion to the bench.
