El director venezolano iniciará sus funciones en 2022-2023 -su mandato durará un mínimo de cinco años- convirtiéndose en el noveno Director Musical en la historia de la OSM.
En los últimos años, el maestro Payare ha dirigido muchas de las orquestas sinfónicas más prestigiosas del mundo en París, Viena, Londres, Múnich, Chicago y Berlín, entre otras grandes ciudades.
ENGLISH: Internationally acclaimed conductor, Venezuelan born, Rafael Payare was named the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal’s Music Director Designate for the 2021–2022 season following a unanimous vote by the Orchestra’s selection committee. The Venezuelan conductor will commence full duties in 2022–2023—his tenure will last a minimum of five years—becoming the ninth Music Director in the OSM’s history.
In recent years, Maestro Payare has conducted many of the world’s most prestigious symphony orchestras in Paris, Vienna, London, Munich, Chicago, and Berlin, among other great cities.

In Breakout Session (or Frogorse), inspired by Cleveland’s Consent Decree with the U.S. Department of Justice, a corporate training company is vying for the contract for anti-bias training with Cleveland’s Police Department. When the white facilitator tosses the approved curriculum out the window, the session spirals. Can a mantis shrimp and a crocodile teach us about building trust and the strength of vulnerability? Escenificando sus historias personales, Masrah Cleveland Al-Arabi es un programa de Cleveland Public Theatre creado por, para y con las comunidades de lengua árabe. El grupo de teatro está abierto a todas las personad de origen árabe que hablan la lengua y que tengan curiosidad y pasión por el teatro. La obra es bilingüe, se presenta en inglés y árabe con subtítulos.
Las funciones teatrales serán el jueves 13/viernes 14/sábado15/y domingo 16 de febrero de 2020, en Cleveland Public Theatre's Gordon Square Theatre. Las puertas se abren a las 6:45pm (jueves/viernes/sábado), la obra comienza a las 7:30pm en punto. Las puertas se abren a /as 2:15pm (domingo), y la obra comienza a las 3:00pm en punto.
Las entradas de admisión general están entre los $12 y $18 dólares. El Jueves y el domingo $12. El viernes y sábado $18. Hay un descuento de $3 dólares para estudiantes y Seniors (adultos mayores de 65 años de edad), solamente el viernes y el sábado.

Four strangers from remarkably different backgrounds come together and their lives are changed. And Then We Met... celebrates the power of overcoming prejudice and the struggle to balance responsibilities to family, country, religion, and to ourselves. Performing their own personal stories, Masrah Cleveland Al-Arabi is a Cleveland Public Theatre program created by, for, and with Arabic-speaking communities. The ensemble of artists is open to all people who share a heritage from Arabic-speaking cultures and a curiosity and passion for theatre. This play is bilingual, presented in English and Arabic with subtitles. World Premiere.

Acerca de Mi Muñequita
Es una farsa contemporánea del dramaturgo Uruguayo Gabriel Calderón, Mi Muñequita la cual se centra en una familia disfuncional de clase media alta, donde una joven se convierte en el objeto de venganza de su tío en contra de su padre. Narrado por el mayordomo de la familia, la obra de teatro, de humor negro, se presenta con una escencia "burlesque y grotesca" cuando la hija adopta su muñeca como su ego alterado.
**Debido a las referencias sexuales y contenido de la obra, Mi Muñequita se recomienda para público adulto (edades 16+). La obra fue escrita y sera interpretada en Español.

About Mi Muñequita
